December 2020 - Calendar Clarity Program Audit, Enhancements, and Marketing Re-Launch

We started with:

  • A brand audit

  • A course audit

  • An audit on her client marketing, onboarding, and offboarding processes

  • And an audit on her website and sales copy/content

We then moved into:

  • Rebuilding her signature service from one call to a complete program and retention system

  • Revising her website and sales copy

  • Outlining her marketing plan and strategy

  • Drafting and producing her marketing, onboarding, and client processes

  • Designing, drafting, and completing content elements (workbooks, social graphics, etc.)

Her final product was:

December 2020 - Business & Brand Audit, Enhancements, and Marketing for Wellness Retreat

January 2021 - Calendar Stress Solutions Online Course & Marketing

In this project, Lisa & I did a full build-out from concept to creation for her Affiliate Feature Program and MemberVault Library. This included mapping her course flow, marketing, and support content. Her course can be viewed here.

 

We started with:

  • A planning session for the course platform best suited for her needs

  • A plan for her client marketing, onboarding, and offboarding processes

  • A plan for the complete overhaul and rebranding of the Affiliate Content being featured

We then moved into:

  • Setting up her business on MemberVault

  • Creating the course and sales copy

  • Outlining her marketing plan and strategy

  • Drafting and producing her marketing, onboarding, and client processes

  • Designing, drafting, and completing content elements (workbooks, social graphics, etc.)

Her final product was:

January 2021 - Brand & Business Foundations Intensive

In this project, Alex & I did a business, brand, and marketing audit. This included mapping her course selections for 2021 development, introducing her to social media marketing, and outlining ideal support content. Her website can be viewed here.

 

We started with:

  • A Brand Audit/update

  • An Avatar Audit/update

  • A Marketing and Production Plan for 2021's first quarter

We then moved into:

  • Official Offer Formulation to define her product offer, elements, visibility, and the path of client seduction

  • Timeline Overview to set her campaign production and launch date, completion, publication, and end date

  • Content Needs Assessment to identify any current content that will be used in the content creation, marketing, and delivery

  • A Social Media Visibility and Warm-up Plan w/ Content

  • Establishing her Client Journey process and flow

Her final product was:
